FRONT LINE TEAM MEMBERS
The ears, eyes and backbone of our operation. This is the first person that the guest has contact with when ordering. The front line Team Member is expected to have energy, personality, strong menu knowledge, eye contact and a friendly demeanor are a must for this position

LINE COOK
The rock stars of our operation. Come cook food that matters in a clean, state of the art kitchen

FOOD PREP STAFF
This position requires an organized approach to prep procedures, follows recipe instruction, has a solid understanding of par levels and a great deal of respect for fresh, chef driven foods.

PASTRY CHEF
The Baker/Pastry Chef must be able to work independently from other team members.  This position requires someone that has knowledge and understanding of baking and can maintain high level of performance without supervision.

BUSSER
The Busser position requires an eye for detail and is responsible for maintaining the dining room by clearing and cleaning tables as well as the patio, drink station and throw-away stations. This is a great entry-level position that we cannot do without!
